UNOH Battle at the Beach

Jerry Dawson had a great run in the #55 at the Battle of the Beach on the back stretch of Daytona International Speedway.  It was the featured race of the night aired live on FoxSports2 and the short track special lived up to the hype.  It was a tight race from the first green flag and there were multiple cautions for multiple spin-outs on such a short track.  The #55 was running great through 90 laps of the 150 lap race.  On lap 90 the #2 car got under Jerry going into turn three and put him into a spin.  Unfortunately for the #55 EXIT Realty Chevy the #41 car was unable to avoid him and crashed into Jerry causing enough damage to force the #55 out of the race.   BRG's crew will have the car ready for the next K&N Pro Series East race on March 15th in Bristol, TN.

New Smyrna Beach Speedway February 16th, 2014

 

The #55 EXIT Realty NASCAR kicked off the 2014 seaon at New Smyrna Beach Speedway just outside of Daytona Beach. The driver, Jerry Dawson, is racing for the first time in the K&N Pro Series East Series.  Jerry was running well but about 60 laps into the 150 lap race the #55 experienced a mechanical problem.  The crew realizing we still had one more race later in the week didn't want to put Jerry back on the track with a problem.  BRG's Crew Chief, Jamie Aube, made the final decision to call it a night and live another day to race in Daytona with a car that was in perfect condition.

New Hampshire Motor Speedway

The photos in the gallery were taken at the 2013 September Race weekend at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.  We had two race cars competeing in the ACT BOND INVITATIONAL.  The featured drivers were #32 Jerry Dawson and #41 Jamie Aube.

TD Bank 250
Oxford Plains Speedway, ME

This was the first time that BRG raced in the TD Bank 250 at Oxford Plains Speedway in Maine.  We had the good fortune of having an Oxford Plains Speedway past Champion as the driver, #51 Ricky Rolfe.  Ricky was driving a brand new car that day and had some mechanical issues during the first two qualifiers.  The #51 had one more shot to get into the main event, TD Bank 250.  Ricky had to win the last chance qualifier called the "Hooligans Last Chance."  Ricky did just that, he started 5 and worked his way to number 1 to take the checkered flag.
